Refund & Cancellation Policy

We offer a 30-day trial that includes the full product, so you can evaluate Axion before paying. We encourage you to use the trial to confirm the Service meets your needs.

Purchases are processed by our Merchant of Record, LemonSqueezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC). Refunds are issued through the Merchant of Record, and its purchase terms also apply to your order.

• Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or the Merchant of Record.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account or the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Paid extension packs and perpetual licenses follow the same initial refund window in Section 3. Once refunded, the associated entitlement is revoked.
